The Fashioner, The Bestower of Forms, The Shaper
The One who is the fashioner and former of each and every thing in all of creation.
The One who has given everything in creation a special inclination or desire.
The One who has given everything a special form and a special manner whereby it is distinguished.
From the root s-w-r which has the following classical Arabic connotations:
to make something incline, lean or bend towards
to form, fashion, sculpt, imagine or picture something
to have an inclination or desire towards something

If a woman has been unable to bear a child and she keeps fast for 7 days, breaks her fast every evening with a drink of water over which this sacred name of Allah has been recited 21 times, she will be blessed with a child.

Benefits of Zikrullah Ya Musawwir :
If a woman who desires to give a birth, but cannot, fasts seven days, and each day at the breaking of the fast (iftaar) she repeats these three Names twenty-one times, breathes into a glass of water, and then breaks the fast with this water, Allah will bless her with a child.
